I have been in the Real Estate business for 15+ years, and people are always asking me questions about my profession. Even when I’m working with people who have been in multiple home-sale transactions, there are almost always questions because the business is forever changing – especially in the changing economic times. Lenders have become more stringent, closing attorneys more careful and even the North Carolina Bar Association & the North Carolina Real Estate Commission are constantly changing and updating the system and the related settlement statements and contracts. It’s a job just to keep up with those changes. So I certainly don’t expect my clients, or anyone outside the real estate business, to understand them completely.

Through this blog, I want to help answer people’s real estate questions. I am up for suggestion on what to write about & really hope I can make this blog a resource for you. I won’t hesitate to tell you when I am not qualified to answer a question and who is when the time comes.
